YipitData, a market research and analytics firm, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive growth through outbound client engagement. The Sales Development Representative will identify opportunities, qualify leads, and collaborate with marketing to optimize the sales process. This role offers a path to becoming a Sales Associate and then a Sales Executive.
Role Involves:
- Developing outbound sales skills using various communication methods
- Managing the inbound sales process and qualifying opportunities
- Working with Hedge Funds and Investment Managers
- Collaborating with Marketing to optimize opportunity conversion
- Mapping organizational structures to identify prospective users
- Developing skills across sales technology tools
Requirements:
- 1+ year in a high velocity sales environment
- Empathetic with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Grit and ability to handle rejection
- Resourceful and coachable
- Excited by understanding the needs of investment professionals
- Positive outlook and sound judgment
