Job Description

Algolia is seeking a Field and Partner Marketing Manager to join their Revenue Marketing team. This role is based in London, England, and focuses on building and executing field and partner marketing programs within the NEMEA region. The Field and Partner Marketing Manager will collaborate with Sales, Demand Generation, and other teams to create engaging experiences for enterprise audiences, enhance the brand, and expand reach.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about attendee experience and pipeline generation. They will serve as a key interface with the sales teams, addressing marketing-related inquiries and ensuring smooth execution of events and campaigns.

Role Involves:

  • Executing field and partner marketing programs and events in the NEMEA region.
  • Working closely with xDR/Sales teams to ensure timely follow-up on MQLs.
  • Tracking campaign performance and optimizing future activities.
  • Managing projects from concept to completion, including vendor management and speaker sourcing.
  • Identifying new activities and bespoke events, such as executive breakfasts and webinars.
  • Developing joint campaigns with strategic vendors’ partner marketing teams.
  • Coordinating demand generation targeting key strategic accounts.
  • Partnering with PR, Content, Product, and Design teams on marketing collateral.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of B2B Field and/or Partner Marketing experience, preferably in a B2B software company.
  • 4+ years of experience in the UKI market.
  • Experience in planning a range of events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Strong communication, written, and presentation skills.
  • Deadline focus and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing workplace and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with Marketing automation tools and data analysis.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
