This role is based in Collingswood, NJ, and involves providing support to players via live chat, email, and phone. The agent will troubleshoot technical issues, assist with promotions and loyalty programs, and escalate issues to management. What This Role Involves: - Multitasking and communicating effectively with players.
- Addressing player comments and concerns via Live Chat, Email, and Phone.
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to computers, browsers, and mobile devices.
- Assisting players with promotions, loyalty programs, and terms and conditions.
- Performing payment approvals and identifying fraud.
What Candidate Should Bring: - Experience with computers, browsers, and mobile devices.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Self-motivation and reliability.
- Knowledge of sports betting and major sports (preferred).
- Customer service experience in an office or call center (preferred).
- Experience with sports betting technology (preferred).
