Job Description
Method, a global design and engineering consultancy, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Bengaluru-based team. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions for clients across various industries. The Senior Product Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, guiding them in redefining their customer experience through research, analytics, and industry insights. They will also manage client communications and coordinate project execution. Travel for team and client meetings is required, typically up to 15%. Role involves:
- Consulting with clients to understand strategic business objectives
- Managing multiple projects from start to finish
- Evaluating end-users’ needs through interviews and ethnography
- Designing and facilitating workshops
- Developing omni-channel Journey Maps
- Partnering with designers and developers to create testable concepts
- Leading the project team to deliver solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, digital agency, or industry
- Knowledge in UX/UI best practices
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Understanding of Agile principles and software development methodologies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong business acumen and technical aptitude
