This individual will collaborate closely with senior General Managers and Product Leads, becoming an integral part of their leadership teams. The People Partner will play a pivotal role in fueling Monzo's expansion through its workforce, ensuring alignment with the company culture, known as Monzo Magic.
The People Partner will work alongside leaders to design and execute people strategies, delivering exceptional experiences. They will also coach key product leaders and GMs, shape and build new people processes, optimizing existing systems.
