Monzo is seeking a People Partner to join their team in London. This individual will collaborate closely with senior General Managers and Product Leads, becoming an integral part of their leadership teams. The People Partner will play a pivotal role in fueling Monzo's expansion through its workforce, ensuring alignment with the company culture, known as Monzo Magic.

The People Partner will work alongside leaders to design and execute people strategies, delivering exceptional experiences. They will also coach key product leaders and GMs, shape and build new people processes, optimizing existing systems. Collaboration is essential, as the People Partner will work with peers, contributing to organizational scaling and success.

Requirements:

  • Experience building strong, trusting relationships at the Executive and Senior Leadership level.
  • Significant experience as a People Partner in a tech company.
  • Experience with international expansion and understanding best practice and policy across different European countries.
  • A track record of building scalable people processes within a high-growth organisation.
  • Understanding organisational design at scale and how to grow a multidisciplinary business in different markets.
  • Inclusion is always at the forefront of your thinking.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience designing and delivering new, innovative ways of working.
  • Comfortable analysing data to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in key areas such as organisational design, employee relations, succession planning and talent development.
