Mozilla Corporation is seeking a Lead Financial Strategist, Revenue to lead its revenue forecasting and modeling function. The role involves key deliverables to senior leadership and overseeing cross-functional business partnerships. The strategist will develop creative solutions to abstract strategic problems and balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail.Mozilla Finance is responsible for strategic prioritization and day-to-day financial operations. The Lead Financial Strategist will play a crucial role in scaling Mozilla's mission impact.What this role involves:

• Leadership of revenue forecasts and planning processes.
• Partnership collaboration with DRIs, cross-functional teams, FP&A, and analytics teams.
• Building and maintaining financial models to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Expanding financial modeling capabilities to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Influencing revenue and operational performance measurements.
• Leading ad hoc projects to support management and business decisions.

Requirements:

• 7-10+ years of related experience, developing Search, SaaS, and Advertising models.
• Understanding of revenue recognition principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to partner/form relationships.
• Understanding of programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with business intelligence dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.
• Experience telling stories with data.
