Role Involves:
- Defining and executing AI2’s partnership strategy.
- Designing and negotiating complex agreements.
- Conducting market and competitive analysis.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.
- Building relationships with senior leadership at partner organizations.
- Defining and owning success metrics for the partnership program.
Requirements:
- 12-15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related fields.
- Demonstrated track record of executing high-value partnerships.
- Exceptional deal-making and negotiation abilities.
- Track record of exceeding partnership or fundraising goals.
- Strong analytical skills.
- High level of financial acumen.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory considerations related to partnerships, IP, and fundraising.
