Senior Systems Analyst at Rush Street Interactive

Rush Street Interactive is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to work in Bogotá. The Senior Systems Analyst will ensure product requirements are visible, transparent, and actionable for the entire team. He will act as a bridge between business needs and technical execution, collaborating closely with Product Owners, developers, and QA to ensure smooth delivery of high-quality features.

Responsibilities include:

• Translate business needs into actionable tasks for developers.
• Partner with Product Owners to prioritize tasks and assess risks.
• Support the team during sprints by guiding solutions.
• Identify dependencies across teams or third parties and notify key stakeholders.
• Prepare for smooth API integrations by defining requirements and testing APIs.
• Monitor industry trends and third-party developments to recommend improvements.

The ideal candidate should have:

• 5+ years in a similar role.
• Oracle/PostgreSQL databases (Required).
• Solid knowledge of third-party integrations, API integrations and API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI).
• Familiarity with Kafka, Git, and monitoring tools (Splunk, DataDog).
• Solid understanding of Micro-services architecture (Nice to have)
• Professional English proficiency level is a MUST
