Email Strategist

Job Description

Power Digital is seeking an Email Strategist to manage email and SMS campaigns for clients. The Email Strategist will be responsible for audits, strategy, content, and setup of broadcast campaigns and email automation, as well as SMS campaign execution. This role involves innovating clients’ strategies, optimizing towards higher success metrics, and collaborating with creative, content, and web departments.Responsibilities include defining and driving email marketing and SMS strategy, managing daily operations of the email marketing channel, building and managing automated email marketing programs, collaborating with the creative team, reporting on lifecycle programs’ performance, and employing AI technologies to enhance business processes. The strategist will also leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem.

• Define and drive email marketing and SMS strategy
• Manage daily operations of the email marketing channel

• 2-5 years experience in email marketing strategy
• Strong analytical and strategic copywriting skills
• Hands-on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or similar
• SMS experience (preferred)
• Expertise in email best practices
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding
• Strong communication, rapport building and presentation skills
