Power Digital is seeking an Email Strategist to manage email and SMS campaigns for clients. The Email Strategist will be responsible for audits, strategy, content, and setup of broadcast campaigns and email automation. This role involves innovating clients’ strategies, optimizing towards higher success metrics, and collaborating with creative, content, and web departments.
Define and drive email marketing and SMS strategy
Manage daily operations of the email marketing channel
Build and manage automated email marketing programs
Collaborate with creative team to ensure brand guidelines are followed
Report and provide recommendations on lifecycle programs’ performance
Use data to continuously test, measure and optimize the email marketing program
Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with all other internal digital channels
Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem
Requirements:
2-5 years experience in email marketing strategy
Strong analytical and strategic copywriting skills
Hands-on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or similar
SMS experience (preferred)
Expertise in email best practices
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding
Strong communication, rapport building and presentation skills
Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level
