Job Description
Rush Street Interactive is seeking an Engineering Director to lead their casino gaming operation. This role involves leading a team of engineers to create innovative solutions for a fun and fair player experience. The Engineering Director will author a roadmap of features and technical innovations, working with business stakeholders and product directors to drive product growth and business success.

- Defining clear delivery goals for the team.
- Staying attuned to industry developments and competitor innovations.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in a management role within software delivery.
- Advanced understanding of software engineering principles and SDLC.
- Extensive experience in casino gaming.
- Skilled in high-level technical discussions.
- Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills.
- Proven ability to communicate strategic ideas.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Expertise in managing multiple priorities.
- Strong skills in translating business requirements into actionable plans.
- Skilled in conveying technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated success in mentoring and coaching teams.
