Senior IT Support Engineer at Rush Street Interactive

Rush Street Interactive is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to enhance their IT infrastructure in Toronto. This role involves implementing, managing, and supporting IT systems and applications, offering both on-site and remote technical assistance. The primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer service and provide comprehensive solutions for complex technical issues, ensuring all systems, network connections, and software function correctly for RSI staff.

What this role involves:

• Providing proactive management and maintenance of RSI IT applications.
• Implementing and managing Identity and Access Management systems.
• Managing and configuring Microsoft 365 services.
• Acting as an escalation point for user support issues.
• Managing user accounts and permissions in IAM systems.
• Planning, implementing, and managing system integrations with access management systems.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations such as GDPR, ISO-27001, and PCI-DSS.
• Providing technical support on-site or via remote access.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and connection issues.
• Collaborating with Development, Infrastructure, and Customer Support teams.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation.

Requirements include:

• Strong knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
• Experience as a Microsoft Systems and Applications Administrator/Engineer.
• Experience with Identity and Management systems and IAM best practices.
• Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
• Experience developing and implementing IT & InfoSec processes.
• Self-initiative, proactivity, and a team-player mentality.
• Excellent English proficiency and interpersonal skills.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
