Arizona Liver Health is seeking a VEN Centers Manager, RN, to lead regional operations in Tucson. This role involves patient outreach, advocacy, and removing obstacles to treatment for patients affected by viral hepatitis. The VEN Centers Manager will oversee personnel, provide leadership to clinical staff, and ensure high-quality, efficient productivity. This position requires 50-75% travel to pop-up sites and is not office-based.
Role involves: - Overseeing VEN CENTER regional operations and managing personnel.
- Providing leadership and support to clinical staff.
- Conducting community outreach and collaborating with local health departments.
- Identifying patients who test positive for Hepatitis.
- Providing individualized education and risk reduction plans.
- Completing patient testing for Viral Hepatitis and other STIs.
- Conducting psychosocial assessments.
- Maintaining patient documentation and tracking.
Requirements: - Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Managerial experience, including mentoring and training.
- Strong organization, time-management, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and EMR systems (eCW).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Phlebotomy experience.
