Job Description
Farther is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth & Advisor Success Lead to join its rapidly growing Asset Management vertical (FAM). This individual will be responsible for driving AUM growth across new and existing advisor relationships, elevating FAM's positioning, and enabling advisors to confidently adopt and advocate for FAM's investment solutions.
  • Lead strategies to maximize asset conversion and adoption.
  • Represent FAM at critical touchpoints, such as Discovery Days and advisor onboardings.
  • Implement strategic outreach programs to increase FAM wallet share.
  • Develop comprehensive training and collateral to support advisor success.
  • Create and manage sales materials, including pitch decks and learning modules.
  • Drive market positioning and innovation to ensure offerings remain competitive.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in asset or wealth management sales, distribution, or business development.
  • Entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator.
  • Data-driven approach to pipeline management.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Deep knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
