Affiliate Manager

Job Description

Delasport is seeking an Affiliate Manager to enhance its affiliate marketing program. The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for building and optimizing relationships with affiliate partners within the gambling industry. This role requires strategic thinking and a deep understanding of the affiliate landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing affiliates.
• Design and execute strategies to enhance the performance of the affiliate program.
• Monitor and evaluate affiliate performance metrics.
• Identify, acquire, and onboard new high-potential affiliates.
• Lead negotiations with affiliate partners.
• Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to industry regulations and company guidelines.
• Work closely with internal teams to integrate affiliate strategies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the gambling industry.
• Deep understanding of the online gambling landscape.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing software and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• English – upper-intermediate or higher
