Job Description
Workato is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to join their Japan channel team. This role involves managing existing partners and recruiting new partners to support the Japan channel strategy. The ideal candidate will create and execute a Channel Plan to drive a "co-market, co-sell, and co-delivery" motion, ensuring Workato's visibility and growth in the territory.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing key partnership relationships and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Recruiting new partnerships and coordinating due diligence processes.
  • Understanding the competitive landscape and recommending business growth strategies.
  • Positioning Workato as an industry expert and presenting the platform's benefits.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM and PRM systems.

Requirements:
  • 3-7 years of experience in sales, indirect, or channel partnerships.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a partnership role.
  • Strong understanding of the iPaaS and Automation industry or enterprise software platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong network of partners, experts, and executives.
