Workato is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their growing CS team. The Customer Success Manager will work with mid-market and commercial customers, ensuring their success through the adoption of the Workato Intelligent Automation Platform. They will serve as a trusted advisor and customer advocate, liaising between customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities include:
Owning a portfolio of accounts, ensuring value realization and supporting growth.
Developing a strong understanding of Workato's value propositions and best practices.
Developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with customers.
Understanding customer's business and guiding them to achieve desired outcomes.
Monitoring customer's achievement of value and telling the story to stakeholders.
Serving as the primary point of escalation for customer issues.
Managing book of business and providing accurate reporting.
Requirements include:
BS or equivalent education.
2-5 years of experience in consulting, customer success, or account management.
Track record of navigating ambiguity and delivering customer outcomes.
Strong written and oral presentation skills.
Experience in Integration and/or business automation is a plus.
