Senior Solutions Consultant - GenAI / Agentic

Workato is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to join their EMEA team. This role involves creating a vision for customers and serving as a trusted advisor on Workato’s AI Agentic capabilities. The Senior Solutions Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, evangelize AI capabilities, and educate audiences on AI architectural concepts. They will also assist sales teams with technical discovery, create custom product demonstrations, and support technical workshops. The ideal candidate will provide feedback to product management and support marketing activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional customer teams.
• Evangelizing AI and Agentic capabilities.
• Educating on AI architectural concepts.
• Assisting sales teams with technical discovery.
• Creating and delivering custom product demonstrations.
• Supporting technical workshops and proof of concepts.
• Responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
• Collecting feedback for product management.
• Supporting marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven track record as an AI Engineer.
• 6-10 years of pre-sales experience in a SaaS/iPass organization.
• Familiarity with LLMs.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, function calling, chain of prompt reasoning.
• Hands-on experience using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Amazon Bedrock and Anthropic.
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS technologies, middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services technologies, enterprise messaging patterns, APIs, SOA, ESB, BPM, SDKs, and Databases.
• Knowledge of python programming.
• Excellent presentation abilities and composure.
• Ability to lead architectural discussions.
• Excellent communication skills.
