Workato is seeking a Senior Solution Architect (Presales) to join their team in Sydney, Australia. This role involves creating a vision for customers and serving as a trusted advisor on Workato’s Automation, Integration, and AI Agentic capabilities. The Solutions Architect will provide thought leadership, best practices, and help drive adoption to achieve strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Leading and participating in pre and post-sales activities with customers and partners.
Evangelizing Workato and demonstrating its effectiveness in business automation.
Serving as a trusted technical advisor to customers and partners.
Developing collaterals such as presentations, demos, and white papers.
Conducting customer training and providing product support.
Mentoring and training team members.
Requirements:
Computer Science or BS or equivalent education.
7+ years of Solutions Consulting / Solutions Architect experience.
5+ years of experience with Integration and Middleware tools.
Effective communication with Technical, Business and C Level stakeholders.
Expertise in Enterprise security and governance.
Knowledge of key applications such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, EBusiness Suite, Databases.
Relevant Cloud certifications (AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud).
