Job Description
Workato is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to join their team in Berlin, Germany. This role is pivotal in demonstrating the value of Workato's AI-powered platform to prospective clients. The Senior Solutions Consultant will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on how to leverage Workato's capabilities to achieve their business objectives. They will collaborate with sales and technical teams to drive technical sales stages to completion.

Responsibilities include:
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to customers, showcasing Workato’s value.
  • Owning the technical diagnosis, prescription, and validation phases of the sales cycle.
  • Collaborating with AEs and Solution Architects to promote Workato’s platform.
  • Working closely with Customer Success to ensure solution implementation.
  • Articulating business, technical, and architectural concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Selling the value of Workato products through various channels.
  • Creating and delivering custom product demonstrations.
  • Performing business and technical discovery with prospects.
  • Managing and executing technical workshops and proof of concepts.
  • Responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
  • Representing the product at field events.
  • Supporting marketing activities, including blogs and webinars.

Requirements:
  • BA/BS or equivalent education (Computer Science degree preferred).
  • Solid Pre-Sales experience in a SaaS/iPaaS organization.
  • Hands-on experience with automation technologies, middleware, and APIs.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (iPaaS, SaaS applications, cloud infrastructure).
  • Working knowledge of SAP Integration and Orchestration is beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German (C1).
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours.
