Technical Architect

Job Description

Workato is seeking a Technical Architect to join its Accelerators team. This individual contributor role focuses on the success of domain and industry-specific packaged solutions and technical accelerator frameworks. The Technical Architect will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate customer challenges into actionable solutions.Role involves:

• Accelerators planning and implementation.
• Capturing and prioritizing product and customer requirements.
• Defining product vision and extensible architecture.
• Launching new products and iterating based on performance.
• Creating custom product demonstrations.
• Developing product documentation and solution briefs.
• Prioritizing customer service.
• Supporting customers during US and EMEA business hours (up to 11:00 PM IST) for about 20% of bandwidth.

Requirements:

• BTech/BE or higher technical education (Computer Science preferred).
• 8+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and implementation.
• 6+ years of experience with Integration Platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
• Hands-on experience with Microservices or API-based integration architecture.
• Experience implementing integration projects for customers.
• Strong knowledge of APIs (RESTful, SOAP) and Data Structures (JSON/XML/EDI).
• 2-3 years of coding experience (Java/Python/Ruby etc.).
• Strong collaboration, critical thinking, and communication skills.
