Job Description
Workato is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for the Korean market. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Korean market and experience in B2B SaaS marketing.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation through tailored marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaboration with Global Marketing and Regional Sales to align growth strategies.
  • Planning and executing field and partner events.
  • Creating demand generation programs and campaigns across various channels.
  • Developing and executing integrated marketing plans across email, digital, and other channels.
  • Engaging target accounts and creating impactful content.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Localizing marketing communications and digital assets.
  • Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing activities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English and Korean.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Korean market, culture, and business practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
