Workato is seeking a Product Support Analyst to join their 24x7 team in the Philippines. Workato transforms technology complexity into business opportunity. Responsibilities include:
- Providing 24x7x365 product support, including morning, mid, and overnight shifts.
- Supporting customers in North America, EMEA, and Asia Pacific.
- Debugging and resolving complex product issues.
- Coordinating with various teams to manage product issues and engineering requests.
- Responding to user requests and incidents via live chat, email, and ticketing system.
- Ensuring timely reporting, tracking, and escalation of issues.
- Documenting solutions and contributing to the knowledge base.
Requirements include:
- A degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- General knowledge of integration/automation technology.
- Effective technical troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Knowledge of business applications such as Salesforce, Google Suites, and NetSuite.
- Excellent English communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules.
