Senior Development and Demo Applications Administrator

Job Description

Workato is seeking a Senior Development and Demo Applications Administrator to manage over 150 applications. This role supports technical teams in building connectors, troubleshooting issues, and creating demos. The ideal candidate will define a strategy to procure and manage new apps, support user requirements, manage budgets, and ensure demo instances' setup.Responsibilities include governance, application administration, user support, setup and configuration, budget management, intake and procurement, and renewals management. The role also involves designing and implementing automation solutions for repetitive tasks.Responsibilities:

• Oversee governance and lifecycle management of demo applications.
• Administer demo applications, including user management and configuration.
• Provide user support and training.
• Manage budgets and procurement processes.
• Track and manage renewals.
• Implement automation solutions for efficiency.

Requirements:

• University degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in application management and IT governance.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and procurement.
• Experience in customer support.
• Familiarity with SSO, MFA, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
