Senior Development and Demo Applications Administrator

Job Description

Workato is seeking a Senior Development and Demo Applications Administrator to manage over 150 applications, supporting technical teams in building connectors, solutions, and demos. This role involves defining a strategy for procuring and managing new apps, instances, and credentials, supporting user requirements, managing budgets, and ensuring demo instances' setup and configuration.

• Overseeing governance and lifecycle management of demo applications.
• Administering demo applications, including user management and configuration.
• Providing user support and training.
• Managing budgets and the procurement process.
• Tracking and managing renewals.
• Designing and implementing automation solutions.

Requirements:

• University degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in application management and IT governance.
• Experience managing budgets and procurement processes.
• Customer support experience.
• Familiarity with process orchestration and automation products.
• Strong understanding of application management and security concepts.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
