Workato is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Account Executive to join their growing sales team in Palo Alto, California. The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving new logo acquisition through outbound efforts and leading customer expansion initiatives through strategic engagement and relationship-building.Responsibilities include identifying and securing new business opportunities, expanding the existing customer base, generating qualified opportunities, managing deals, and staying up-to-date on industry trends. The Account Executive will also develop account strategies, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, identify opportunities for renewals and expansion, collaborate with internal teams, and collect customer feedback.

Requirements: - 4+ years of sales experience in B2B sales, new customer acquisition, and/or account expansion (preferably in a SaaS or integrations technology-related field).
- Strong outbound prospecting and lead generation abilities.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with both potential customers and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and improve performance.
