Job Description
Workato is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join their team in Germany. This role involves developing and leading large enterprise relationships and engagements across the DACH region. The ideal candidate will work with a successful team including SDRs, Marketing, Consulting, and Partner Management.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Drive new relationships in strategic accounts.
  • Hold peer-level conversations with C-suite executives.
  • Share best practices within the organization.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a full cycle, closing role in Complex Solution Sales, SAAS.
  • Experience handling relationships with large enterprise companies.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
  • MEDDPICC or similar Sales Framework experience.
  • Enthusiastic team player comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to build something new.
