Job Description
Valera Health is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver therapy and medication management. The role involves working collaboratively with a health navigator and other clinicians to provide patient care. Responsibilities:
- Providing therapy and medication management for diverse group of patients
- Working in a team-based approach with other clinicians and healthcare navigators
- Regular supervision with psychiatrist for first 2 months
Requirements:
- Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensure in New York
- Active DEA licensure
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical setting
- Two (2) or more years of experience working as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
