Job Description
Valera Health is seeking a passionate Mental Health Therapist to join their tele-mental health team. The therapist will deliver compassionate mental health care that is accessible and affordable. Valera Health is committed to providing the technology and support needed to deliver care effectively.
Role involves:
- Rendering evidence-based treatment to patients.
- Providing mental health services via telehealth.
- Conducting intakes, individual, group, and family therapy.
- Providing mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
- Maintaining timely and accurate documentation.
Requirements:
- Active LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in New York.
- 1 year of psychotherapy experience using evidence-based treatment.
- 1 year of experience with documenting and treatment planning within an EMR.
- Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection, and private space.
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses.
