The Sales Assistant role at JD Sports involves ensuring the best possible service to customers visiting the store. The Sales Assistant will assist customers to maximize store productivity, exceed sales targets, and utilize in-store devices.

Role Involves:

• Assisting customers in all phases of the sale, from product selection to purchase.
• Providing alternatives and maximizing sales, also leveraging the company's digital channels.
• Maintaining standards on the sales floor, including cleaning.
• Verifying stock and replacing it as needed to ensure the full range of sizes is available.

Requirements:

• Experience in the Retail sector is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
• Aptitude for teamwork and attention to detail.
