Job Description
JD Sports Fashion, founded in 1981, is now a leading multi-channel retailer of sports and outdoor fashion in the UK and Europe. The group has over 2,400 stores and aims to offer customers the latest products from top brands.
As a Stage Sales Assistant at JD Sports in Roma Est, the candidate will acquire the skills necessary to ensure the best possible service to customers.
The role involves:
- Assisting customers in all phases of the sale, from product selection to purchase.
- Providing alternatives and maximizing sales, also leveraging the company's digital channels.
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.
- Verifying stock on the sales floor and replacing it when necessary.
Requirements:
- Preferable experience in customer-facing activities outside of retail.
- Excellent communication and customer management skills.
