As a Stage Sales Assistant at JD Sports, the individual will acquire the skills necessary to ensure the best possible service to customers.
Role Involves:
- Assisting customers in all phases of the sale, from product selection to purchase.
- Ensuring targets are met.
- Providing alternatives and maximizing sales by leveraging the company's digital channels.
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.
- Checking stock and replacing it when necessary.
Requirements:
- Preferable experience in customer-facing activities outside of retail.
- Excellent communication and customer management skills.
