JD Sports Fashion, a leading sports and outdoor fashion retailer, is seeking a Stage Sales Assistant for their Novara C.C "San Martino 2" store in Italy. The Sales Assistant will be part of the JD team and will acquire the skills necessary to ensure the best possible service to customers.

Role involves:

• Assisting customers in all phases of the sale, from product selection to purchase.
• Providing alternatives and maximizing sales through digital channels.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Verifying and replenishing stock on the sales floor.

Requirements:

• Preferable experience in customer service.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
