JD Sports Fashion, founded in 1981, is a leading multi-channel retailer of sports and outdoor fashion in the UK and Europe. With over 2,400 stores, the group focuses on various retail segments and prides itself on offering customers the latest products from top brands. They are looking for Stage Stock Associate for their store in Carugate, Milan.

The Stage Stock Associate will be part of the JD Sports team and will acquire the skills necessary to ensure the best possible service to customers.

Role Involves:

• Assisting customers in all phases of the sale, from product selection to purchase.
• Providing alternatives and maximizing sales through digital channels.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Verifying stock on the sales floor and replenishing it as needed.

Requirements:

• Preferable experience in customer service activities outside of retail.
• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
