Supervisor (Capo Reparto) - Milano New Opening "Stazione Centrale"

Job Description

JD Sports Fashion, a leading retailer of sports and outdoor fashion, is seeking a Supervisor for their new store opening in Milano Stazione Centrale. The Supervisor will report directly to the Store Manager and support the Management Team in enhancing customer service and maintaining company standards.

Role Involves:

• Opening and closing the store, including merchandise arrangement and team briefings.
• Monitoring profitability through KPIs.
• Providing exemplary customer service and handling customer complaints.
• Ensuring the store's visual merchandising standards are met.
• Participating in loss prevention and control.
• Managing cash register operations and handling returns and refunds.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in structured retail environments, preferably in dynamic and multinational contexts.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Leadership and strong relational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Office package (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
