Job Description

JD Sports is seeking a Supervisor for their store in Zoetermeer, Netherlands. The Supervisor will be co-responsible for the day-to-day operations, achieving optimal sales results, coaching and motivating the team, and implementing store presentation guidelines.

Role Involves:

• Managing the workflow on the shop floor.
• Achieving optimal sales results.
• Coaching and motivating the team.
• Implementing store presentation guidelines.
• Training, motivating, and informing the team.

Requirements:

• Available for 38 hours per week.
• Passion for sneakers and fashion.
• Extroverted, self-assured, and a team player.
• Driven to achieve targets and perform under pressure.
• Experience in retail (management experience is a plus).
• Ambitious and wants to grow.
