Job Description
JD Sports Fashion, a leading sports and outdoor fashion retailer, is seeking an Assistant Manager for their store in Afragola, Italy. The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager in leading and managing the store, ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives and the quality of customer service.
Role Involves:
- Achieving commercial objectives and KPI growth.
- Managing costs and optimizing store profitability.
- Assisting in staff recruitment and development.
- Ensuring quality customer service and handling complaints.
- Maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Managing merchandise flow and loss prevention.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in managing structured retail outlets.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Leadership and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Office package (Outlook, Word and Excel).
