Job Description
JD Sports is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in the daily operations of their Bruxelles location. The Assistant Store Manager will take ownership of various tasks, ensuring store KPIs are met. In the absence of the Store Manager, they will serve as the primary point of contact, motivating staff to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service while exceeding targets and upholding company standards.Role involves:
  • Ensuring customers receive attentive and responsible service.
  • Handling inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Maintaining staff appearance and dress code standards.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Interpreting company reports and utilizing in-store devices.
  • Analyzing KPIs such as footfall, average transaction value, and conversion.
  • Implementing weekly visual merchandising briefs.
  • Ensuring accurate pricing and promotion displays.
  • Maintaining clean and presentable stock displays.
  • Identifying and developing internal staff.
  • Monitoring training progress and assisting with recruitment and onboarding.
Requirements:
  • Retail experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Good level of English.
