Platform Product Manager

Job Description

Legion is seeking a Platform Product Manager to drive the development and delivery of workforce management solutions. The role is based in Bucharest, Romania, and involves a hybrid work arrangement. The Platform Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to design and implement product solutions that enhance workforce efficiency and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting market research and gathering insights on regional labor regulations.
• Collaborating with senior leadership and product teams to align product initiatives.
• Prioritizing product features and enhancements to meet customer needs.
• Serving as the subject matter expert on workforce management compliance requirements for EMEA countries.
• Working closely with engineering and development teams to translate customer needs into product specifications.
• Leading product ideation and design sessions for new features and enhancements.
• Engaging directly with customers to understand their challenges and gather feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, building and launching complex cloud-based enterprise software in workforce management.
• Experience building global enterprise solutions for a SaaS company.
• Familiarity with the agile development process.
• Demonstrated ability to work with remote teams
