Job Description
3Cloud is seeking a Data Strategy and Governance Architect to join their Strategy & Governance team. This role involves leading technical and economic value discussions with senior business executives and implementing Data Governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have experience in Profisee Master Data Management implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Actively develop trusted advisor client relationships.
- Lead sessions with senior executives for discovery and problem definition.
- Assess and adjust priorities in response to changing business needs.
- Assess project risks and mitigation strategies.
- Design and develop solutions independently or with a team.
- Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Lead Data Governance framework projects.
- Facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Collaborate with clients to develop governance Stewardship Models and Operating Models.
- Develop Data Governance roadmaps.
- Provide expert guidance related to Data Governance tools.
- Work with clients to develop Master Data Management needs and requirements.
- Lead Profisee MDM implementation projects.
- Partner with clients to implement data quality rules and workflows.
- Develop and implement data integrations.
- Provide clients with basic Profisee training.
Requirements:
- Excellent business acumen and communication skills.
- Experience leading data-related projects.
- Experience leading discovery workshops and project readouts.
- Ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate Data Governance initiatives into business value.
- Proven experience in implementing Data Governance programs.
- Experience leading the stand-up of Data Governance programs.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance matters.
- Deep expertise implementing Profisee MDM.
- Experience managing the entire MDM implementation lifecycle.
- Ability to work independently or with a collaborative team.
