Job Description
Vannevar Labs is seeking an Enterprise Technical Lead to drive impactful software solutions and serve as a primary technical leader. The role involves partnering with mission and engineering teams, as well as customer stakeholders, to gather requirements, design architecture, and implement technical solutions. The Enterprise Technical Lead will also own the ATO process, delegate tasks, and become an expert in customer workflows.

- Collaborating with a diverse team to develop and deploy sophisticated software features.
- Engaging directly with mission owners and delivering capabilities firsthand.
- Spearheading initiatives to acquire and expand critical business opportunities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong understanding of relational databases, caching technologies, and front-end frameworks.
- Experience developing and deploying secure software solutions in compliance with the Department of Defense Risk Management Framework (RMF).
- Ability to integrate with complex government IT ecosystems.
- Track record of collaborating with government IT and program offices.
- Experience engaging directly with end users.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
