Job Description
WellPower is seeking a Mental Health Clinician to provide direct mental health clinical assessments and treatment to individuals with mental illness. The clinician will work within a clinical team environment to support individuals on their path to recovery. This role requires current licensure or the ability to obtain it within six months of hire.WellPower prides itself on innovation, adaptation, and leveraging diverse perspectives.   • Providing psychological evaluations and problem identification.
  • Conducting crisis interventions and individual, group, and/or family therapy.
  • Providing case management services as needed.
  • Developing treatment plans and monitoring progress.
  • Coordinating client's use of WellPower programs and community resources.
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records.
  • Participating in team meetings and supervisory sessions.
  • Performing mental health hold evaluations.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Current license as a LCSW/LPC/LMFT in the State of Colorado.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in clinical social work.
  • Experience working with moderate to severe and persistently mentally ill populations.
