Job Description
Demandbase is seeking a Head of Product Design to lead and grow their UX team. The Head of Product Design will be responsible for translating business priorities into a compelling design vision and strategy, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver category-defining products. They will also advocate for user-centric design and engage directly with customers to gather feedback.
Role Involves:

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in UX, product, or interaction design
- Proven leadership skills in hiring, mentoring, and retaining top design and research talent
- Deep expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Strong ability to translate complex business goals into user-focused design strategies
- Exceptional relationship-building and collaboration skills
- A credible, passionate advocate for design
