Job Description
Demandbase is seeking a Growth Account Director, Majors & Mid-Market, responsible for growing and retaining a defined book of accounts. This role involves proactive expansion and pipeline generation across business units. The ideal candidate will be a strategic collaborator, owning relationships, revenue, and retention within their territory. This position offers direct upward mobility into the Enterprise segment.Role involves:
  • Owning a portfolio of Mid-Market & Majors accounts, focusing on growth and retention
  • Proactively generating pipeline through strategic prospecting
  • Developing expansion strategies across business units and functions
  • Partnering with the CSM team to ensure adoption and customer success
  • Acting as a strategic advisor, understanding customer goals across marketing, advertising, and data
  • Defending value and navigating pricing objections
  • Building and managing a pipeline that supports targets in Salesforce
Requirements:
  • 6-8+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience
  • Experience closing deals in the $50K–$100K range
  • Deep understanding of marketing technology, data solutions, CDP, or RevTech
  • Track record of consistently exceeding quota
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles (2–4 months)
  • Strong storytelling and negotiation skills
