Job Description
Demandbase is seeking a Manager, Sales Development to join their team. This role focuses on building, coaching, and managing a scaling team of Growth Account Sales Development Representatives. The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve processes and drive adoption within prospects and customers.Role involves:
- Hiring, onboarding, and coaching Sales Development Representatives.
- Developing team skills for outbound prospecting and qualifying.
- Providing regular coaching and professional development.
- Monitoring metrics and KPIs to increase productivity.
- Collaborating with Sales Managers and Account Executives for alignment.
- Partnering with cross-functional leads in Marketing, Sales Leadership, and more.
- Articulating the business value of Demandbase.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in sales or sales development and 1+ years leading an SDR team.
- Expertise in using Salesforce.com.
- Proven ability to effectively hire and train new people.
- Effective presentation and listening skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments.
