Job Description
Demandbase is seeking a Manager, Sales Development to join their team. This role focuses on building, coaching, and managing a scaling team of Growth Account Sales Development Representatives. The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve processes and drive adoption within prospects and customers.Role involves:
  • Hiring, onboarding, and coaching Sales Development Representatives.
  • Developing team skills for outbound prospecting and qualifying.
  • Providing regular coaching and professional development.
  • Monitoring metrics and KPIs to increase productivity.
  • Collaborating with Sales Managers and Account Executives for alignment.
  • Partnering with cross-functional leads in Marketing, Sales Leadership, and more.
  • Articulating the business value of Demandbase.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years in sales or sales development and 1+ years leading an SDR team.
  • Expertise in using Salesforce.com.
  • Proven ability to effectively hire and train new people.
  • Effective presentation and listening skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments.
