Compensation & Equity Analyst

Angi is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Compensation & Equity Analyst to manage and administer the company's equity plans. This role is critical for ensuring accurate and timely processing of equity transactions, maintaining compliance, and providing customer service to plan participants.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of equity administration principles, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role also supports data management tasks within the People Ops team.

What this role involves:

• Managing day-to-day administration of equity compensation plans.
• Processing equity transactions, including grants, exercises, vesting, cancellations, and transfers.
• Maintaining accurate records of equity grants, holdings, and participant information.
• Ensuring compliance with securities laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Preparing and distributing reports related to equity compensation.
• Reconciling equity plan data with internal records and third-party administrators.
• Providing customer service to plan participants.
• Liaising with third-party vendors.
• Supporting data management and integrity for the Compensation team.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in equity administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of equity compensation plans.
• Experience with equity administration software (e.g., Shareworks, E*TRADE, Certent) is required; Shareworks experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of securities laws, tax regulations, and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
