Job Description
Angi is seeking an IT Governance Director to lead the IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (ITGC) function. The IT Governance Director will ensure that Angi's technology environment is secure, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of IT controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance, as well as the ability to leverage automation to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
The role involves:
- Establishing and maintaining a robust IT governance framework.
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating IT risks.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Designing, implementing, and monitoring a comprehensive IT control framework.
- Leveraging automation tools and technologies to streamline ITGC processes.
- Managing internal and external IT audits and assessments.
- Providing regular reports to senior management on ITGC performance, risks, and compliance status.
- Leading and developing a high-performing ITGC team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
- Demonstrated experience in leveraging automation to drive efficiency and effectiveness in ITGC processes.
- Deep understanding of IT control frameworks, such as COBIT and ITIL.
- Extensive knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as SOX, GDPR/CCPA, and PCI DSS.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
