AI Applied Researcher

Job Description

Radiant Security, a Bay Area Cyber AI Startup, is seeking an AI Applied Researcher to work on AI Triage, Investigation, and Response. The researcher will develop AI-driven solutions using agents and LLMs for Radiant customers. This is a hybrid position, requiring attendance at the Pleasanton, California office three times a week.

The role involves building the 'brain' behind Radiant Security's product by designing cutting-edge agentic flows, addressing cost and scale issues, ensuring accuracy in alert triage, and achieving breadth across customer environments and security use cases.

What this role involves:

• Research and optimization of agentic flows to solve complex problems
• Participate in PoCs using bleeding edge technologies to empower our product
• Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) service
• Fine tune LLMs to optimize accuracy and cost

Requirements:

• Strong AI Applied Researcher with experience building complex AI applications
• Experience with NLP, ML algorithms
• Experience contributing to research projects from PoC stage to production
• Experience with LLMs, Agents and RAG - Advantage
• Experience using LLMs / Deep Learning models - Advantage
• Ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done
