Job Description

Radiant Security, a Cyber AI startup based in the SF Bay Area, is seeking an AI Applied Researcher to join their team in Israel. The company's vision is to empower security teams with the efficiency and effectiveness needed to prevent breaches. As an AI Applied Researcher, the candidate will develop AI-driven solutions using agents and LLMs for Radiant customers, focusing on AI Triage, Investigation, and Response.

The role involves:

• Designing cutting-edge agentic flows to build the 'brain' behind the product.
• Addressing cost and scale challenges to bring the power of LLMs and big-data integrations to customers on any budget.
• Ensuring accuracy in alert triage while providing full transparency on each step and reasoning.
• Enabling the product to run on any customer environment and automate any security use case.
• Researching and optimizing agentic flows to solve complex problems.
• Participating in PoCs using bleeding-edge technologies.
• Building and optimizing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) service.
• Fine-tuning LLMs to optimize accuracy and cost.

Requirements include:

• Strong AI Applied Researcher with experience building complex AI applications.
• Experience with NLP, ML algorithms.
• Experience contributing to research projects from PoC stage to production.
• Experience with LLMs, Agents and RAG - Advantage.
• Experience using LLMs / Deep Learning models - Advantage.
• Ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
• A great communicator and team player.
