Senior AI Researcher

Job Description

Radiant Security, a Cyber AI startup in the SF Bay Area, is seeking a Senior AI Applied Researcher to lead the development of AI-driven solutions for their customers. This role focuses on AI Triage, Investigation, and Response, contributing to the core 'brain' of Radiant Security's product. The ideal candidate will design cutting-edge agentic flows, manage cost and scale, ensure accuracy and transparency, and adapt to diverse customer environments.Role involves:

• Leading research and optimization of agentic flows.
• Performing PoCs using bleeding-edge technologies.
• Building and optimizing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) services.
• Fine-tuning LLMs to optimize accuracy and cost.

Requirements:

• Strong experience as an AI Applied Researcher.
• Experience with LLMs, Agents, RAG, NLP, and ML algorithms.
• Experience leading research projects from PoC to production.
• Ability to be hands-on and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
